With the event website live and posters and flyers distributed, the next stage of event publicity was the creation of an engaging email campaign sent to the charity's database address list. With a design that closely follows the theme and branding of the website and poster, this responsive html email featured a strong lead image, booking button, two column design, and links to social media. All graphic elements of the email were hosted on the charity's own server and the template can be easily copied and modified for future campaigns.

This A0 and A3 sized poster was the primary promotional media for the event, positioned in stations, bars, clubs, and at the hotel venue. A digital copy was also widely distributed across facebook and twitter to draw interest and ticket sales.
These tickets were printed on high gsm, glossed card and distributed to all attendees to the event by post. The design matches the promotional poster, website, and email campaign, and incorporates the Childline Andalucia charity's logo and motif.
